Cabbage Soup

1 head cabbage, chopped
2 (14.5) oz. cans stewed tomatoes
2 (14.5) oz cans chicken broth
2 onions, chopped
2 green bell peppers, chopped
1 bunch celery, chopped
1 bunch green onion, sliced
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 chicken bouillon cubes
½ teaspoon black pepper

Equipment needed:
Dutch oven or stockpot
Ladle for serving

Place all ingredients in a large stockpot and bring to a boil. Cover and reduce to a simmer for 1 hour or until cabbage is tender.
