Hot (Triple) Chocolate Brownies

3 large eggs
3 packets of Swiss Miss® Hot Cocoa Mix
1 cup butter, melted
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup mini marshmallows
½ cup of sugar
¼ cup of cocoa powder
¼ cup instant coffee
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
½ teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt

In a large bowl, beat the butter, sugar, and vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Combine the flour, hot cocoa, instant coffee, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt; gradually add dry ingredients to butter, sugar and egg mixture. Fold in chocolate chips. Spread into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking pan. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.  Top with a layer of mini marshmallows and cook for an additional 5-10 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean (do not overbake). Cool completely before serving.
