8 oz. Pillsbury® Crescent Dinner Rolls
12 oz. Solo® Apricot Filling or (flavor of your choice)
½ cup confectioners’ (powdered) sugar
Open crescents package. Lay triangular pieces down on a baking stone or non-stick cookie sheet. Spread one-half teaspoon of apricot filling within the triangle leaving the edges uncovered. Then loosely roll the largest end toward the smallest end (like you would when making crescents). Repeat. Follow cooking directions on the package. Let cool then dust with confectioners’ sugar.
- Try swapping out the Solo® Apricot Filling with apricot preserves, cheesecake filling, cherry pie filling, or poppy seed filling.
- Like smaller cookies? Cut triangles in half and put ¼ teaspoon of filling on each cookie and adjust cooking time accordingly.
