9” prepared graham cracker crust
8 oz. tub of Cool Whip® (sugar-free works really well)
14 oz. can of Eagle Brand® sweetened condensed milk
½ to ¾ cup of freshly squeezed lime juice
In a medium bowl, fold together the whipped topping, condensed milk, and lime juice until smooth and shiny. Spoon the mixture into graham cracker crust and smooth the surface with a rubber spatula. Set in the freezer until firm, about 4 hours or overnight.
