3 cups of flour
2 (8 oz.) packages Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1 stick of butter
Jelly or Solo® filling flavor of your choice
½ cup confectioners’ (powdered) sugar
Mix flour, cream cheese and butter in a food processor until they are blended and form a dough; about two minutes. Roll the dough with your hands about six inches in length and one inch high. Then cut dough and press onto a cookie sheet with hand. Press thumb into the middle of each cookie so you can fill with your favorite solo filling. Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake cookies on parchment paper for ten minutes. Allow cookies to cool completely before dusting with confectioners’ sugar.
