Caesar Salad

2 grilled/roasted boneless skinless breast of chicken
1 head iceberg lettuce
2 large cucumbers
½ cup shredded parmesan cheese
Seasoned croutons
Caesar or parmesan cheese salad dressing

Rinse and dry lettuce. Tear lettuce into bite-size pieces and place in a salad bowl.  Cut chicken into bite-size pieces. Peel and cut cucumbers into thin discs. Add chicken, cucumbers, cheese, and croutons to bowl. Dress salad with as much salad dressing as you like.  Lightly toss salad until ingredients are combined and evenly coated with salad dressing.

Best if vegetables and dressing are chilled before serving. No croutons? Try using leftover garlic bread cut into small chunks.
