Grilled Bacon Hot Dogs

7 Hebrew National® 100% Kosher Beef Franks
7 strips of maple smoked bacon
7 poppy seed hot dog buns

Equipment needed:

Chicago Style:
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
1 teaspoon pickle relish
¼ teaspoon celery salt
1 kosher dill pickle
1 slice of tomato

Wrap each hotdog with a slice of bacon.  Place on grill and cook until bacon is crisp then flip hotdog over and cook the other side. Serve on a poppy seed hot dog bun with condiments of your choice.
