Grilled Cheese

Ingredients:
2 slices white bread
2 slices of American cheese
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Equipment needed:
Non-stick frying pan
Plastic spatula

Directions:
Butter one side of both slices of bread.  Sandwich cheese between two slices of bread, buttered side out. Heat oil and one teaspoon of butter in a non-stick frying pan.  Once the butter has melted place sandwich in frying pan and cook both sides under medium-high heat until they are golden brown, and cheese has melted. Remove from frying pan and place on a serving plate.  Allow to set for one minute before cutting in half diagonally to cheese from melting out.

Suggestions:
Great when paired with tomato soup.
