Mini Caprese Salad

2 pints grape tomatoes
8 oz. package of fresh mozzarella pearls
2 oz. package of fresh basil
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper

Rinse and drain vegetables. Cut grape tomatoes in half and add them to a bowl.  Drain fresh mozzarella pearls. Chop fresh basil.  Add drained mozzarella pearls and chopped basil to the bowl. Drizzle salad with extra virgin olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Gently toss and serve immediately or cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve
