Tostitos® Cantina Thin & Crispy Tortilla Chips
1 handful of cheddar cheese
4 tablespoons leftover taco meat (beef or chicken)
2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
1 tablespoon salsa or Pico de Gallo (fresh or store-bought)
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Layer tortilla chips on a microwave-safe plate until there is no plate showing. It is okay if the tortilla chips overlap. Generously sprinkle tortilla chips with salsa (or Pico de Gallo) and left-over taco meat. Top with cheese, green onion and freshly ground black pepper. (No salt necessary since chips and cheese have salt.) Cook in the microwave for 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve.
