Ranch Meatloaf

Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef, 95% lean
1 large egg
½ cup plain breadcrumbs
1 small onion, finely grated or finely chopped
½ cup ranch dressing (I like Aldi’s brand the best!)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
PAM® Non-Stick Cooking Spray

Equipment needed:
Roasting pan, aluminum sheet pan or casserole dish

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray roasting pan with non-stick cooking spray. Place ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, onion, ranch dressing, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a large bowl.  Mix with your hands until ingredients are fully combined. (Be sure to remove your rings and wash your hands before handling meat).  Do not over mix. Place meat mixture in roasting pan and shape into a loaf. Place uncovered roast pan in the oven at 350°F for 30 minutes or until the middle is no longer pink. Remove meatloaf from oven and place on a serving dish. Tent with aluminum foil and let rest for 10 minutes before carving. Serve.

Suggestions:

  • Try adding a tablespoon of basil pesto to amplify the basil flavor!
  • Serve with McCormick® Brown Gravy Mix and mashed potatoes.
  • it also makes a tasty meatball or hamburger.
  • Don’t forget to put your rings back on!
