1 cup Hellmann’s® mayonnaise
1/2 cup dill pickle relish
2 tablespoons minced white onion (optional)
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
Mix ingredients together in a small serving bowl with a tight lid. Chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes and serve. Immediately refrigerate any leftovers.
The only fish we ate as children were Mrs. Paul’s fish sticks. The crunchy breading and flaky white fish pair beautifully with this creamy and salty concoction.
