Roasted Asparagus with Prosciutto

1 bunch of asparagus (approximately 24 stalks)
24 slices of prosciutto, thinly cut
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
PAM® Non-Stick Cooking Spray

Preheat oven to 400°F. Trim asparagus removing the tough and fibrous end.  Wash and drain then pat dry with a paper towel. Place asparagus, oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.  Toss asparagus until evenly coated with oil and seasonings.  Wrap each asparagus spear with a slice of prosciutto then lay on an aluminum sheet pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.  Make sure the spears do not touch so they will cook evenly. Place in 400°F oven for 20 minutes or until spears are tender and the prosciutto is crispy.
