Lemon Pepper Chicken

1 whole chicken (approximately 4 lbs.)
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons McCormick’s® Lemon & Pepper Seasoning
½ teaspoon salt

Equipment needed:
Roasting pan

Place chicken in a roasting pan. Rub outside of the chicken with olive oil. Thoroughly wash hands before continuing. Sprinkle chicken with lemon pepper, salt, and pepper.  Place chicken in the oven at 350°F and cook for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and juices run clear. Remove chicken from roasting pan, and place on a serving platter.  Tent with aluminum foil and allow the chicken to rest for 10 minutes before carving.
